Hey Farm, What product are you seeing out there to use as an IR blaster via TCP/IP? Looking to control some TV cable boxes via Q-sys touch panel. Preset channels and basic remote functions. Thanks!
Interesting Little Design
I did a ROM Design for a customer for a small school-board system. They needed to add microphones and speakers to a Cisco ROOM70 and a horseshoe table that seated 10 folks. We used a Shure MXCW System, Shure Dante Ceiling Speakers for the audience and Visionary Solutions encoders and decoders. Control from the Cisco Touch 10 that was included. No DSP. No external Control All on the network. Boom. Total number of line items, 6, not including the switch or cat 6 cables.
